"الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى الْكِبَرِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ (39) رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ (40) رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ (41)" .

 

 "All the praises and thanks be to Allâh, Who has given me in old age Ismâ‘îl (Ishmael) and Ishâq (Isaac). Verily! My Lord is indeed the All-Hearer of invocations (39) O my Lord! Make me one who performs As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât ), and (also) from my offspring, our Lord! And accept my invocation (40) Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents, and (all) the believers on the Day when the reckoning will be established." (41)The Holy Quran, Sura 13, Verses 39-41.
 

 E International parental child abduction is a plague that strikes children and families blindly and globally. The international community tries its best to globally fight this plague through The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction signed at The Hague, 25 October 1980..

 EIslamic law is far from being fully explored or explained on several of modern aspects and problems that require practical and effective solutions, apart from theoretical preaching.
